Family for GFM ???

Glenn Forest Minard Jr and Edith Pearl Minard married in Inglewood California in March of 1942 and lived in San Fransisco California.









Pearl went to be near her mother in Inglewood and my big brother, Glenn Forest Minard III was born in LA county.
October 9, 1944
Later the little family moved to Washington State and I, Karen Minard was born in May of 1947 at the Naval hospital in Bremerton.
May 22, 1947
When I was an infant we moved to Hawaii for a couple years and then to San Diego, California where my little brother, Craig Dean Minard was born in April of 1950.
Craig was born April 12,1950
When I was approximately 3 we moved back to Hawaii for a couple years and then back to San Francisco. We moved to Roseville California for a couple years and when I was approximately 10 we moved to Japan until 1959 when we returned to the north Long Beach area. After a couple years we moved further south in Long Beach for a couple years. During this time us kids continued through our schooling,

"Skipper" and I graduated from high school, Skip joined the Army. Mom and dad later moved to San Jose and I went with them. I moved out at age 18. My folks and Craig moved to San Diego not long after that and Craig continued his schooling their in San Diego, CA. .

Small world... I was stationed at Navel Torpedo Station, Keyport, Wa. 7/54 to 8/56 Comp. frac to L 3 &4 kept me from divers school. assigned to target boats & torpedo retrievers.
